1. Introduction
BusyBissy Animation Studios (BBAS), a subsidiary of BusyBissy Media Productions, provides animation production, training, and related creative services.
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
Our services are open to individuals and organizations globally.
All engagements are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
3. Service Engagement Process
To initiate a project with BBAS, the following steps apply:

Submission of a Project Request Form

Payment of the project intake fee

Completion of the Animation Project Planner

Issuance of invoice and agreement on project scope
Production begins only after required payments are confirmed.
4. Production Process

A pre-production draft (concept mapping) is created after payment
-
A maximum of two draft revisions is allowed
-
Final production begins after draft approval
-
Delivery timelines are based on agreed project scope
A preview version may be shared before final payment is completed.
5. Payments

The project intake fee is non-refundable
-
Full or partial payments are accepted as agreed
-
Final delivery is made only after full payment is completed
Additional fees may apply for:

Urgent delivery
-
Extra revisions
-
Scope changes
6. Brand Credit
BBAS reserves the right to include its branding in completed projects.
Clients may request removal of credits at an additional cost:

₦100,000 (under 5 minutes)
-
₦300,000 (above 5 minutes)
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Accuracy of provided information

Ownership and legality of submitted content

Timely feedback during production
8. Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once production has commenced
-
No refunds for client-initiated cancellations

If BBAS is unable to complete a project due to internal reasons, a partial refund may be issued (excluding intake fee)
9. Intellectual Property
BBAS retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
BBAS shall not be held liable for:

Misuse of delivered content

Indirect or consequential damages

Technical issues beyond reasonable control
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be governed by Nigerian law and resolved within courts located in Ondo state, Nigeria.
12. Modifications
BBAS reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
